Current PFD Thieves:
The reason why we identify these legislators as thieves is because they 
continue to ignore the actual statutory law which governs the distribution of the PFD.

Current legislators fully know that if they were to change the  existing PFD statute, it would put a direct target on their backs to be replaced. 

Although they use strategy to create confusion, identifying current legislation helps the citizen to identify the current thieves. Here is the current action regarding the PFD and the legislators who continue to promote the theft.
